Fill in your details
Choose your start date and a term of 1 month, 3 months or 12 months — the longer you book, the lower the monthly price. After that, the rental continues automatically month to month.
Pay online
You pay the first month straight away. After that it runs by direct debit.
Drive in
You receive your access code by email and can bring your things in the same day.
Why store here
Drive right up to the door
Drive onto the site, round to the back of the building, up to the gate where the Super Storage lock is. Moving trolleys are ready there to bring your things inside — a van or small truck can also load and unload under cover.
Heated, so dry
The units stay at a minimum of 10 °C. Furniture, electronics and paper fare better here than in a garage or garden shed.
Only you get in
Access with your personal code, CCTV in the corridors and an electronic lock on your own unit.
Trolleys ready to go
Moving trolleys and a wide corridor, so you can carry more in one trip than your arms can manage.
Bigger or smaller along the way
Your unit no longer fits your situation? Move to a different size, as long as one is available.

Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum rental period?
When booking, you choose a term of 1 month, 3 months or 12 months — the longer you book, the lower the monthly price. After that period, the rental automatically continues month to month until you cancel in writing by email before the end of the current period.
Can I access it at night?
Yes. Your code works 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The corridors are lit and covered by CCTV.
What am I not allowed to store?
Anything flammable, explosive, perishable or illegal, plus live animals. So fuel, gas canisters and paint don't belong here. Not sure about something? Just ask.
Is my stuff insured?
The building itself is insured, but your own belongings are not automatically covered. You can often extend your existing home contents (fire) insurance to off-site storage. Check with your broker.
I'm currently a CityStorage Tongeren customer. Does anything change for me?
Only the name and the billing details. Your unit, your code and your access stay exactly the same. Existing customers will be notified separately.
