How it works
No appointment, no paperwork, no waiting. You sort it out from your screen, then just drive in.
From booking to access code
Choose your unit
Click "Book now". You'll land in our booking system and see which sizes are available today, with the price per term.
Fill in your details
Name, address, start date and your term: 1 month, 3 months or 12 months. The longer you book, the lower the monthly price. For a business, also enter the VAT number, so it's correct on the invoice right away.
Pay online
You pay the first month straight away. After that, the monthly rent runs by direct debit.
Drive in
You'll get a welcome email with your personal access code and your unit number, plus instructions for our app, which also lets you open the gate and the doors. From that moment, you can get in, day and night.
Your first time on site
You can't drive straight into the building: you drive onto the site, round to the back of the building, up to the gate where the Super Storage lock is. You park and unload there under cover, even in the rain — a van or small truck fits comfortably too.
Moving trolleys are ready by the gate to bring your things to your unit. The corridors inside are wide enough to pass with a trolley and a cupboard at the same time.
During your rental

Tips from someone who sees it every week
Stack right up
The units are roughly 3 m high. Stacking upwards often means you need one size smaller than you'd think.
Leave a walkway
Put what you'll need first at the front and keep a narrow path clear to the back. That saves you half an hour of searching later.
Disassemble what you can
A bed, table or cupboard flat against the wall gains more space than you'd expect.
No plastic over furniture
Moisture gets trapped under plastic. An old blanket or a moving blanket works better.
Label your boxes
Write on the side, not on the lid. You read stacked boxes from the side.
Heavy at the bottom
Books and tools below, light boxes on top. Nothing collapses that way.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to come in to sign a contract?
No. Your booking and your contract are handled entirely online. If you'd still like to see the building first, we'll arrange a time that suits you.
How quickly can I get in?
In most cases, the same day. As soon as your payment is received, you'll get your code by email.
Can I switch units?
Yes. If your unit turns out to be too small or too big, we'll move you to a different size as soon as one becomes available.
What if I lose my code?
Call or WhatsApp us. After a brief check of your details, you'll get access again right away.
Can a supplier drop something off for me?
That's possible, but someone with access needs to be present. We don't share codes with third parties.
How do I cancel?
Let us know by email, at the latest before the end of your current term. You empty your unit and sweep it out, and we do the final check.
